Chris was a clear, effective communicator, very professional, clear and transparent in his billing, and did a clean and effective job. Chris showed up on time, got the job done in the time he said, and made us comfortable and confident in his work. We had a really messed up (and ugly) radon system in our home; what we have now is aesthetically a huge improvement and mitigates radon significantly better. Highly recommended.

He was very helpful in educating me about Radon and testing for it. A lot of big box store tests are not accurate, so I grateful for all of the information he provided.

Chris from Radon Zapper was extremely informative about the radon testing process and the mitigation solutions. All of my questions were answered with a great deal of information. He even took the time to check my home to see how adaptable it would be should I need the mitigation system. Highly recommend.

Chris did the installation for us. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The price he quoted was the price I paid even though it took him longer to complete the job. Chris, the owner, did the installation of my Radon mitigation system which was an important consideration. I did not want some young hired techs doing the job. Chris was prompt, professional, clean, and worked extremely hard. Chris and I collaborated on certain aspects of the job and he was receptive to my suggestions. Overall I am very satisfied with the work. My first Radon reading after the job measured 1.6 which met all expectations, but that was close to the system. My next reading will be on the other side of the room. I am keeping my fingers crossed. I would definitely recommend Radon Zapper.
