After 14 years, the fan on the system went. When installed there was a lifetime parts and labor guarantee. Karl came immediately and did the repair, checked the entire system over, and re-tested all at no cost.

Contractor knows his business, for sure. Did a great job. But, it took 3-4 visits dragged out over 2 weeks, to get it done. Blamed his supplier on getting parts slow.

This system was installed quick in a couple hours. He was a couple hours late (which is the reason for the 4 stars in customer service) but everything else was good. Price was the best I found compared to other companies. The system has been installed for a couple months now and there are no issues.

After having the system installed for 15 years the fan went out. I called Karl and let him know of the lifetime guarantee, he came right over and did the repair quickly with no issues.
