Naz, the owner of the company, did not give up on us in spite of the difficulty of the problem. He spent much time and searching to find out exactly what was going on. Always, he kept us abreast of what was going on, the costs involved, etc. He is an honest, kind man who cares about the client and his work ethic is very strong. Our case was an emergency, and Naz did everything he could do to help us quickly to resolve it. The crew who works for him is also great - very hard workers. I would very highly recommend Raecon to do your plumbing work. Other companies never bothered to call back, even though they said they would, and one gave up on the problem.

Naz is a competent & careful plumber. He replaced the old rusty flaking galvanized pipes in my basement, the faucet over the laundry tub, and added a shut-off valve to the outside and replaced that spigot as well. He got it all done in 5 hours of work! I would definitely recommend his company & would hire him again if I need a plumber.

Good luck getting him to show up or return a call. Do not waste your time with Naz at Raecon, call Third Generation. My Hot Water Heater died on Saturday morning, (of course the weekend). I requested a quote from Naz at Raecon Plumbing and two others, thru the Home Advisor site, and he called immediately, literally within 2 minutes. Then he offered to visit my home to it check out. He was on-site in less than an hour. He seemed very professional, provided a verbal quote and indicated he would be back to do the work the next afternoon, Sunday after he completed a small job that morning. Great - - not so much. Never saw him again. I called and left a message around 3:00 Sunday and he called back after 6:00 to apologize and indicated he could not make it till Tuesday afternoon at 4:00 and he would understand if I needed to call someone else. Because I believed it would be difficult at this point to find another plumber to respond before Tuesday I agreed to wait for Naz. Big mistake. I texted and called again Monday to reconfirm he was on-track for Tuesday afternoon, no answer, no response. Called again Tuesday morning, no answer, left message, no response. I then called Third Generation who had called me right after Naz from Raecon left on Saturday, they came Wednesday and were in and out in an hour. Very professional, very nice work.

Plumber showed up on time for the appointment unprepared to do the job (replace an under-counter kitchen sink shut-off valve). After checking out the repair job he said he would have to come back. He and I agreed upon the cost for the repair and we rescheduled the repair. Plumber contacted me the day before the repair and said he could not come that day due to a plumbing emergency at his own house. We rescheduled a third time. A the set time and date for the repair the plumber was a no-show, a no-phone call, a no email, a no-explanation given, and did not answer his phone. If this plumber did no want to do the job from the very first, why didn't he just say so then? *Note: the three .5 ratings above are there because I had to assign some values to them in order submit my written response.

Naz arrived right on time on Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend when we discovered we had no hot water. Two thermocouples later and we have hot water! Thanks for the fast service and coming on a Sunday to help us out. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Will hire him again when we need plumbing work.
