They used a defective GE coating for a mobile home in Colorado Springs and offered a 10 year guarantee. 4 years later, there are cracks and chips. This company is difficult to reach when there is a problem.

We had a great experience with getting our leaky skylight fixed. It was repaired quickly, and we havenâ t had any issues since, even with some very heavy thunderstorms afterwards. Would definitely look to hire RAF for our next roofing project!

Showed up on time for initial inspection. Crew arrived sooner a few days early to do the job. Very efficient. Excellent work repairing a tile roof. Highly recommend.

2 other roofing companies tried and failed to fix my roof leak. Raf Construction repaired my roof in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had ten hail-damaged roof tiles. They did a good job replacing them for a good price. I am happy with them.

Excellent company to work with. Geno was very informative and let me know my options and the status of my roof. He arrived on time, went over the work to be done and started work. He had all the tools he needed to complete the job. He was efficient and over and beyond to correct minor issues at no extra charge. I strongly recommend this company.

The roofers were very pleasant and thorough. The work appeared to be done well. It did seem a bit expensive for the effort. They did a roof tuneup. It was estimated the effort would take two people approx 1/2 day and that seemed reasonable for the price. But the work actually took two people about 1 and 1/2 hours so it seemed a bit expensive. But the work appeared to be done well and i would recommend the company to anyone.

The owner, Rafael, and his second in command, Geno, were both excellent. I garnered four quotes for my roofing repair which I knew I was going to need when I bought my home. Two were immediately discarded for high price and the other who flatly didnâ t even bother to climb on the roof for an inspection! The other two were a toss up. I chose RAF Construction because of their communication in what was wrong with my roof, and the simple fact that they were the only roofer who realized I needed a cricket, a triangular- like small roof on top of the main roof which keeps water from pooling where two roof lines meet. Rafael took pictures of my neighborâ s roof which HAD a cricket, and convinced me, yep, I needed one. They were slightly higher priced than the other contender, but I also appreciated the good reviews they got online. Their crew was also very good. Iâ m a very particular person and have a high degree of attention to detail. So while certain finishing touches were not entirely to my liking, when I asked them to make them better, they did without any problems. For that I am most grateful and would highly recommend them for their professionalism and work. Plus theyâ re friendly, were neat and picked up after themselves, and were just nice people!
