Be aware that work items or phone numbers may not reach to the contractor. It is advisable to send a message to be sure they have your data to notify you of any delay. Once this was established, I was satisfied

Rafael was willing to help with anything and set reasonable expectations about what defects he would be able to correct vs. what was correctable.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
I hired Rafael to replace my smoke detector and to replace some rusty toilet tank bolts. He arrived a bit early, helped a neighbor that had locked themselves out, and still made our appointment as scheduled. I was impressed that he took his shoes off before coming into my home. While doing the toilet repair, he noticed that my toilet seat was crooked and fixed that too. He did a great job and we discussed some other tasks I might have done in the future. He strikes me as a very hard-working, competent person and I won't hesitate to hire him again.
