Raffa Group

In August 2021, I paid him to do my PVC fence, since then I paid the deposit and he brought a lot of excuses about supply chain issues, coronavirus, vacations and all sort of excuses to delay the project, on February 3rd 2022, he said he finally got the materials and one week after he said that they were damaged and he wanted to cancel the project since now it would cost him more for the materials. When I asked him for my refund, he said it would come the next day and I still have not received it a week later. He has been unresponsive and will not follow up with me.

It was the worst experience of my life. STAY AWAY. Rafael stopped answering my calls after getting paid 100%. I was not in Florida when the job was finished, and he sent me partial pictures to get paid. When I came home and saw the job, I almost started crying. The driveway is uneven, it is 2 feet short on the width so I cannot park 2 cars in my garage. The sideways are heinous. I am not sure how can someone do a job like this. The worst part is that now I need to sue him and report him to the city to get his license revoked.

They do great efficient work.

Do not use.

Raffa and his team were great. They always returned my calls and remained on top of what they needed to do. The fence came out really nice and Raffa made sure that his team was doing what they were supposed to be going correctly. Thank you!!!!

Professional and fast I will recommend them to my friends and family. Excellent

They subcontract. In my case they sent the 3 stooges to do the job.

They are amazing! Highly Rex one d for your fence installation

The owner is the heart of the company. I rated the final performance based on communication with him. The delay in getting product was just unacceptable but also understanding due to the circumstances of covid and no available product. The installation went quickly and hopefully it will stand the test of times. The cleanup needs improvement but like I say the customer service offered by Raphael Saliba made it all so much better to the end.

Raffa was very professional & also all of his staff. Fence is beautiful. Everything he promised was exact. Installers knew what they were doing from the start of a 2 day install. Would hire again & recommend his company.

Company has not completed the project, and it has been in inspection two times, and the company has not answering our calls.

Raffa was very professional and did not make false promises He did everything from taking out tree trunks from my backyard neighbor that grew into my chain link fence and also got the permit for me Unfortunately it took longer then usual to get the fence but that was not his fault itâ s the state of the economy due to Covid

I would highly recommend Raffa Group. I installed a dura horizontal fence which was in line with the design I wanted. They helped me choose the best spots for my doors and everything was installed with high quality and they were very clean about it. They also helped me throughout the entirety of the permitting process. Overall I am extremely please with their work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Professional

His crew was very responsible, polite and professional. Made sure we were OK with every decision and every step of the install.

Raffa, the owner was very attentive, responsive and professional. The entire office staff was great to work with. Raffa personally came out to inspect the job making sure everything was done to code and his specification. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install fence.

Excellent group, professional, nice management, keeping promises and on time. Fast and quality.

Great looking fence. Work was completed quickly once they started.

Raffa has been a pleasure to work with. We had a dura fence installed and he provided us with plenty of options and even recommended a style (horizontal) we had not seen. In the end, we went with his recommendation and could not be happier with the outcome. This was our first project on our recently purchased home and look forward to many more with Raffa because of his excellent service and attentiveness.

Quality of work is done well. They finished up my Dura Fence rather quickly despite the rainy days prior. The owner usually answers his phone when you call with a question or concern. My family and I are happy with the results.

Raffa installed a fence for me, he was very professional, he answered every call I made to him and all the question I had. He refused to charge me until I was completely satisfied. The fence was completed to my expectations. He made himself available during and after the fence was up. I highly recommend his company. Very Professional and knowledgeable,

They where a blessing from the start and very professional and communicated very well with the whole process they went over and beyond for me I really appreciate Raffa and his team big blessings

We bought a new home and needed two double gates installed asap. Raffa Group had outstanding customer service from the beginning. They answered every phone call and text promptly. We had them do the horizontal wood design and it is absolutely beautiful. They promised the job would be completed within my time frame and despite some rain they still kept the promise. The materials used are high quality and the finished product was beyond my expectation. My husband and I will be recommending them to anyone in need of fence work.

Great customer service.

Raffa is very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Fence was installed in a timely and professional manner
