DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! First off, I will say, I am a very kind person and usually only leave positive reviews. However, I want to help to warn others about this company. There were many issues at the beginning of our relationship, regarding getting supplies and installing our fence on the original timeline, but that is not even my complaint, because I understand things happen that might be out of their control. My serious issue is that, only months after installation, one of our gates came apart (the vertical slats began to fall out of the frame pieces) due to wind. I began texting Rafael (the owner) in April (it is now October!), with pictures and asking if they can come to repair the gate. We were told when we purchased the fence that there was a lifetime warranty but were never provided any further information on this warranty. Rafael continued to make excuses why they could not come to repair our gate yet (waiting for supplies, etc.). Mind you, we have three dogs and now our backyard was technically not fenced in anymore (thanks to the broken gate). I continued to call, text, and email this company asking about repairing my gate. They started ignoring my correspondence. My most recent email was responded to by Google saying my message has been BLOCKED. What kind of company blocks it*s customers? I believe the lifetime warranty is provided through the fence manufacturer, but they did not even provide me that information so I can not go through them either. Hurricane Ian did not hit us straight on thankfully, but the winds were strong enough to bring down our second gate on the other side of the house. So now, we have two holes in our backyard fence. This tells me that the installation must have been subpar. Biggest waste of $6500.00. I chose this company over another one I was considering because I wanted to support a small business. Huge mistake. I would have happily paid more just to have decent customer service. They do not deserve your business with how they treat their customers.

Hired this company March 3rd 2022. The reviews was very good and the gentleman who is the owner promptly came and gave me an estimate, He looked and sounded like a great business man ready to get to work, I was planning an event in June and was putting in an above ground pool as soon as the fence was in which he said would be 2 to 4 weeks! He should be done and long gone by April 3rd. Four weeks later nothing not even a call to update me, I had to be calling and texting and begging! After six weeks and the stories of his accident and family death he started to be annoyed and block me . Its 6 weeks now and not a word, I call and text day and night to him and his office and no answer from any of them, I have not seen a fence post, a workman the owner or my money since. Its June 6, 3 months and three days later. I am getting new estimates and hopefully these people will be honest business people and my fence will be installed asap, I love working with the Spanish people, this one is a huge disappointment, and to think I actually liked the guy cause he portrayed himself as a hard working businessman... shame on you!!

Terrible experience with this company. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Paid half up front and never got the job done. Was forced to hire another company to install the fence after the material was delivered to my property.

I hired Raffa Group LLC on November 2021 to replace my PVC fence. I provided them with 50% down payment via Zelle ($2,685) to secure the contract and price. Big mistake.!! It has been over 4 months and Raffa Group has not started the project and is ignoring my calls or texts when I ask for a reimbursement. I am a big supporter of local businesses and understand the challenges smalls business owners have endured during the las 2 years but the level of unprofessionalism from Raffa the owner is like no one I have experienced. I started researching this company and discovered they have been defaulting contacts for quite some time. I have been forced to hire an attorney to get legal representation. Do not hire Raffa Group, They will take your money.

I was not treated respectfully for a business. No keeping in touch after phone calls and emails. Also no dependability.

Raffa Group did an excellent job installing a new fence on my property. I would use them again for similar projects in the future

In August 2021, I paid him to do my PVC fence, since then I paid the deposit and he brought a lot of excuses about supply chain issues, coronavirus, vacations and all sort of excuses to delay the project, on February 3rd 2022, he said he finally got the materials and one week after he said that they were damaged and he wanted to cancel the project since now it would cost him more for the materials. When I asked him for my refund, he said it would come the next day and I finally got it 3 weeks later but he threated and insulted me like you had never heard. He is super rude.

The owner was very involved in the process: starting with the initial visit to my home, through the final installation. We ran into some challenges along the way, that Rafael personally addressed. He made "customer service" a personal commitment to getting the work done right. I should also mention the fence looks beautiful.

It was the worst experience of my life. STAY AWAY. Rafael stopped answering my calls after getting paid 100%. I was not in Florida when the job was finished, and he sent me partial pictures to get paid. When I came home and saw the job, I almost started crying. The driveway is uneven, it is 2 feet short on the width so I cannot park 2 cars in my garage. The sideways are heinous. I am not sure how can someone do a job like this. The worst part is that now I need to sue him and report him to the city to get his license revoked.

As well as the fine craftsmanship and the quality of materials used to create Our new fence, this company and staff always kept their word when they said theyâ  d return my call. They always followed up, were punctual, respectful, courteous, polite and Cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely refer Raffa Group to my family and friends. I also thought their prices were fair. Thank you Raffa

Never use this company! I used them to put up a fence, cement the backyard and remove tree stumps. It took months to complete. One month after the cement was put down it started bubbling and peeling. He promised that he would fix it time and time again and then said to wait a few months for it to settle and then he would re-do it. He originally injected the tree stumps and said they would die within 2 or 3 months; its been 10 months and they are still there. I texted him yesterday and he said he was out of business, which is a lie! He said he wouldnt do anything about it. Now I have to pay to re-do the entire cement and remove the tree trunks. He comes across as honest but hes anything but!

Raffa Group installed my new aluminum fence with professional high quality work. Special thanks to Mr Raphael Saliba who overseen everything form the beginning to the end. He remained in contact with us from start to finish. Wow! Me and my husband are very pleased with our newly installed fence and we highly recommend him to everyone who are looking for the right team. My next improvement will be my driveway. Thanks so much Mr Saliba for your friendly professional personality. a A job well done.

Raffa and his team were great. They always returned my calls and remained on top of what they needed to do. The fence came out really nice and Raffa made sure that his team was doing what they were supposed to be going correctly. Thank you!!!!

I hired the company in February of 2021, constantly told that materials were not available, on the boat, dont know when materials will be available. Told me they were going to refund my $2700. Will send a check, No check after three weeks. Now they tell me they will UPS a check with a tracking number. We will see. They have been caught in too many false hoods. Cannot trust at all.

Raffa Group, Llc is using the license of Dany Sebaaly to work, he himself is not a licensed GC. He comes immediately to get the deposit then stalls by making up excuses such as issues with the permit, then eventually blows his top and keeps the deposit without doing the job. Ive been waiting over a year to get my deposit returned and all I get are excuses via Patti, the "liaison". Its almost like a skit that he uses to continue collecting deposits and either postponing jobs indefinitely or not doing them at all. The Department of Business and Professional Regulations will investigate complaints and I would recommend that anyone who has had the same issue with Raffa Group, Llc file a complaint. If DBPR sees that mine is not an isolated incident, perhaps theyll take a closer look into this company. Covid hit us all very hard and we should not have contractors like Raffa Group, Llc taking our money without doing the job.

Did great job on driveway. Very clean Nd professional

I hired Raffa to install concrete in my driveway 2 months ago. AT FIRST Rafa was very professional. He responded right away. And got the job done quickly. ONCE I PAID HIM the remaining balance, everything changed. He stopped responding to texts and declined calls. The few chips that are still in the concrete that his workers left have yet to be fixed. He bought river rocks but was FORTY BAGS short. I had to buy the rest. I am hiring some else to finish the job. Lesson: DO NOT pay the remaining balance until the job is finished

They subcontract. In my case they sent the 3 stooges to do the job.
