I would trust him to do just about anything at our home. If the task is outside his scope of expertise l, he will tell you. Chase remodeled my patio room from replacing the studs, then walls and windows. Indoor, outdoor paint, and mini-split A/C installed. He does it all and communicates well which is important because I'm out of state and this job was on my rental property.
