Contractor was very courteous on the phone and in person. He provided great flexibility in scheduling, was patient with my many questions and concerns, and arrived on time. The job was done without any problems and everything was addressed with attention to detail, and doing the best quality job possible.

Dean and his crew are the best. I had no idea how I would ever get all the work done from carpets cleaned to sanitizing cabinets and hauling tons of junk out to large dumpsters. Prompt, reliable, and worth the money! Hire these folks and ask if you need other types of help as they know the Maine area well and many other types of professionals.

Upholstery and Furniture Cleaning Service
Arrived promptly and the gentlemen were very polite. They were very thorough and the couch and love seat came out wonderful. I even asked then to do a small spot on my new rug that my son managed to spill something on and they had no problem doing it. I would recomend highly.

I was very impressed with both men when they arrived. They greeted me with smiles and handshakes. They assessed my job and gave me a price. They worked efficiently and and respected my home. I am very pleased with the job.

Carpets or Rugs Clean at Home
The owner always responded promptly to my calls and texts. He also respected my request to start with whatever would give me the most bang for my buck at eliminating skunk odor in the house. Maniacs steam cleaned all our carpets. Although they looked and smelled better, our polypropylene rugs had hills and valleys after cleaning. Dean and Gard took a carpet back to the shop to reclean and flatten. They were able to get it to lie much flatter.

I can’t recommend Maniacs Carpet Cleaning and Water Extraction enough!! They came in and did such a fantastic job on my carpets!! They were very responsive, professional, and made sure everything looked better than when they showed up. Having three dogs I never thought they would get clean again and now they look as good as the day we had them installed!!!
