    I purchased an AC unit from Ragsdale and negotiated extended coverage for annual service. The salesperson never updated the agreement to include the additional coverage. I trusted the salesperson to update, but he never did, shame on me. They are a very responsive company. Be very careful with their salespeople.

    Hot water heater flooded basement yesterday. Called several companies and Ragsdale came out and replaced it with a 50 gallon and upgraded everything to code. My hotwater heater was 16 years old so it wasn't code at all. Trad and Adam are extremely nice guys and very respectful. Had it in and going before I got a call back from some places. Best price around too. 10 STARS would be better!! Kathy from Dallas Ga

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
