Great experience with Ragsdale Roofing. Beau's bid was quick and easy, extremely fair and zero hassles. Crew showed up on time, and were efficient, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Not to mention that they were done far sooner than I had expected. I love my new roof. What was exceptionally nice was working directly with the company owner and not a middle man or hired sales rep. Plus no high pressure. I would highly recommend them!!!

I had a very small job that needed to be done. This company doesn’t normally do small jobs but they made a huge sacrifice for me since we are selling the house. In the beginning, there was a mix up in communication but the owner was quick to get in touch with me and insure that the issue was addressed. In fact, he offered to fix the roof for FREE in return for the issues in the beginning. This is what I call excellent customer service. When a company will treat small customers just as important as they do companies who hire them for larger jobs. I highly recommend this company for all of your roofing needs! Beau Ragsdale and his wife took GREAT care of this first time Angi user. Great customer service, quick turnaround time and they keep their word. My golf cottage roof was severely damage by Hurricane Helene on Friday Sep 27th. Checked out Angi, found Ragsdale Roofing and Beau Ragsdale came out to my Bluffton, SC place that SUNDAY morning, Sep 29th to quote. Beau had a quote in my hand before he left that Sunday and promised to have my roof completed no later than two weeks of the contract sign date if I signed the contract within 2-3 days. By the way, no price gouging as that at quote was competitive with what my neighbors paid a few years ago for their roofs. I signed the contract on Tues Oct 1st. No joke, my Golf Cottage was completed 1 WEEK LATER on Oct 8th. What more can a roofing customer ask? How bout that Mr. & Mrs. Ragsdale treat their crews well as responded by his foremen of 8 years when I asked him "How do you like working for Ragsdale Roofing?"

Mr. Ragsdale answered all my questions and then some. Very experienced and knowledgeable in construction and roofing. I asked a LOT of questions. Everything he said made sense with the research I did. Understood that I wanted my MBH attic space to retain less heat so interior of home will be more comfortable during the summer heat. Work and clean-up were completed quickly. The whole team is very well organized and worked smoothly together.
