Railing & Dressing Up TX

I will like to have my wood deck finished, I gave them a deposit, so I would like them to finish the project.

They are a scam. I hired them June 11 and was to take 2-3 days. It is July 24, job not completed. Have not heard from them for couple weeks. I have some of their tools still at my house. Did not follow instructions. Also, did a friend of mine the same way. She hired him a couple days after I did. He talks the game but does not perform. He has some good guys working for him, but no management.

They were on time, efficient and friendly. They cleaned up after the job. I would hire Rob and his crew again.

Finished up the job but too many problems. Not prepared or organized. The crew who finished the job were great.

He cheated three disabled people and two of them are vet an one a double amputee if I could I would rate this company in the negative.

It was good. They finished in a timely manner. ...Update: When I called him back because the work he did prevented my yard from draining, he said he would charge me $150 to come fix it. He said since I did not inspect the work when it was completed he was under no contractual obligation to me and that he does not guarantee his work.

They were extremely slow in getting to work. Took a week to do a one day job.

They do such an awesome job, very professional and friendly! Working with me for all the different projects I haveð Went from a total mess to beautiful in a short amount of timeð they will be doing all my outdoor projects!

If I could give zero stars I would. Hired him to put in new flower beds, plant trees, lay rock, install french drain and install crushed granite and flag stone. He showed up on day one at 11am and his 2 men worked approximately 4 hrs. Out of 26 days they worked a TOTAL of 10-12 hrs. Showing up no earlier than 1pm. He doesn't answer text promptly. Always has an excuse for not showing up and doesn't let you know until late in the day if he isn't coming. He talked me into paying him 1/2 up front and then 2 more installments. All that I got out of it was some rock and crushed granite, an unfinished french drain and a very small amount of top soil. He is no longer answering my text and hasn't been here in over a week. He owes me a minimum of over $1800 for work/material I paid for and did not receive. I have canceled checks and 2 witnesses that can attest that this is a fair review. I am a senior. I live on a fixed income and took money out of my 401K for landscaping. He knew this and still took advantage of my trust. I feel very stupid, but wiser. My advise DO NOT HIRE! If he reads this and wants to make things right he can still do so and I will give an updated review.

Very professional and so helpful. Responds very fast to your needs and goes above and beyond what you expect. Price was very reasonable and the work was exceptional. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again if need anything done.

Railing & Dressing Up Texas did an excellent job on my wood fence. They finished it very quickly with top notch carpentry and were great people to work with. It was well worth the price I paid which was very reasonable. I look forward for them to come back and do a couple other jobs I have for them. I would recommend them to anyone needing a fence or landscape done on their property.
