I need a railing installed on my front stairs and was given over a dozen options to choose from. The work was completed quickly and looks great. Excellent, highly professional service. Was always on time - there was a delay or two, but I was always notified by phone well in advance. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Even when I asked for a modification to the finished ironwork, that was no problem - they take pride in their work and the results are excellent. After comparing several Steel Manufactures, Alvarez & Son came in at the best pricing by far and not only that, the customer service was above and beyond. Rolando Alvarez is incredibly helpful and receptive, he also takes the time to make sure every detail is taken care of. After he did some commercial work for me I was so impressed I hired him to redo the railings outside my home. His work makes any location that much better. STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

The company is very professional and their response time was excellent. I was given a selection of options to repair my front wrought iron railing and there was no pressure to choose an expensive option. The repair work was completed within 3 hours and I am very satisfied. I would definitely use them again for a big or small project.
