Rain City Flooring

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. I was thrilled with the end result. I didnâ t think my floors would look this beautiful but they do. Totally exceeded my expectations.

I hired Rain City to refinish the hardwoods in a 1924 home I was listing for sale in a few days. When the came exactly on time to begin it was discovered that nails had been put in from the top so we couldnâ t refinish. Claude quickly spent a day pricing out new floors and was able to start tearing out the old wood in 2 days! Then we discovered subfloor rot. He replaced and then laid the floor in 3 days!! It was so amazing and beautiful we hired them for other jobs and will continue to do so. I was particularly impressed with the mannerisms and professionalism of this family business.

Claudemir and his 3 sons were a lot of fun to have working in our house refurbishing our dining, living and entry way rooms, They installed new hardwood flooring in the entry way coat closet and replaced the closet door and trim. They refinished the dining and living room flooring (420 sqft) to match our hall hardwood flooring , They installed new dining and living room base boards, a new sliding hall pocket door, a new coat closet door, and new door trims. His subcontractor who repaired cracks and 50 years of damage to the walls and ceilings and then painted all the walls, doors and ceilings also did a fantastic job. I would rehire Rain City Flooring in an instant to do this type of work again.

This family owned business (father and three sons) are delightful to work with. Just as importantly, their work is exceptionally good. Not only did they do an incredible job on my floors, their sub-contractor did a fabulous job painting out my kitchen cabinets. Dad is a master craftsman who took out a wall opening up my dining room, family room and kitchen. I will be hiring them to do my next project which is to remodel my bathroom. I highly recommend them as they are true professionals who do a fabulous job with great customer service!

Hiring Rain City Flooring was a great decision. This is a family run business run by a father and his two sons. They worked within our tight timeframe, even working late into the evening to finish ahead of our move date, touched up a spot we noticed without question and returned weeks later to reinstall trim we didn't have time to paint while the floors were being refinished. Our floors look fantastic. Highly recommend.

Father and two grown sons are highly skilled workmen who take pride in their work. Very respectful and polite; workplace was left very neat when they left for the day. I haven't the least hesitation in recommending them to my best friends and/or family. They did an exquisite job on refinishing the oak flooring in our rental townhome. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future work that we might need in our own home.

They provided a detailed breakout of the scope of work and finished the job a little early. Looks terrific, good job.

This family business is exceptional - Claudemire and his crew are a real pleasure to work with, smart, creative, efficient, effective, responsive, and fun to have around. They refinished my badly damaged hardwood floors beautifully, then replaced all my baseboard and rebuilt the stairs as requested. gorgeous. I would hire them for any home project they agree to do.
