Drain Line Breakage Camera Locate
Hired Justin Merrel for 3 jobs. Job #1 Snaked drain pipes without any issues and seemed to get the water flowing again. Assessed job #2-fix leaking bathtub faucet; left to get a new faucet and was gone for 3 hours. Returned and tried to repair for about an hour, but said we needed a new valve; told me the valve to buy and rescheduled for next week. I bought the valve and scheduled for 10 am. Justin texted to move time to noon for another job, but never showed at noon, has not called, and does not answer my calls or return any communications. Justin talked a good amount about good customer relations and completing jobs before moving to other jobs and leaving customers hanging. Never got to job #3 and tub still leaking. Not reliable!

It was 4:15 PM and I needed a plumber ASAP. The first one I called couldn’t get there until the next morning. My second call was to home advisors who put me in touch with Raindancer Plumbing. He was there with the problem fixed within the hour. Would highly recommend him.
