Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Installation
Ray Day is a very professional company. They do a fantastic job, and have the best customer service I have ever seen. I broke 2 of my sprinkler heads and they had them fixed in no time. The system works like a charm.

A sprinkler systems company came and gave me a quote for $998 for the replacement of 4 control valves. Rain Day Irrigation guy came, assessed my current control valve, concluded it does not need replacement, tightened a loose screw, problem solved, and gave me a bill for $75 (almost 2 hours of service!). Need I say more?

Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Installation
I requested an estimate and within one day, Prospero was out and provided an in-depth quote. His team was at my home promptly to start at the time stated and arrived ready to work. He quoted 3 days to install but completed my install in just 1 1/2 days. His crew worked constantly all the while maintaining a clean and professional job site. Once the job was complete, it was very hard to notice that my lawn was disturbed in order to put in the system. I would definitely recommend Rain Day Irrigation to anyone. These guys mean business. Thanks for a job well done Prospero and crew!

Prospero is great to work with! This is a family owned business and that showed from beginning to end with the quality and care given to the job and the customer. He was extremely responsive and clear in all communication. This company has many years of experience and this was clearly shown in their work and professionalism. Price was great and no surprises. I absolutely recommend Rain Day Irrigation to anyone looking to get a sprinkler system installed.

Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Installation
I hired Rain Day to put a new sprinkler system in and they delivered exactly what was promised. The price was as agreed for what was installed and the job was professional and completed on time. The pricing was also very good compared to several other bids I received. I have had no issues since it has been installed and would definitely recommend them.

Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Installation
Prospero was very professional in outlining the entire process of the install and executed every step as discussed. There were no surprises, or delays from securing the permit to walking me through programming the systems control panel. The crew cleaned up all signs of their presence. I am quite pleased. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Installation
I hired Rain Day Irrigation to install a full sprinkler system. The system was installed in 1 day and has worked perfectly for the last several months. I accidentally ran over a sprinkler head as it popped-up when mowing the lawn (I wasn't paying attention to the schedule). I called Prospero and he sent a crew out and fixed it within a couple of hours, even though this was clearly my fault. I have received nothing but spectacular service from this company from the beginning. I highly recommend this service for anyone that needs a good sprinkler system.

Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Installation
Prospero was very prompt in returning our call and gave us an on-the-spot estimate. Three days later we had a fully functional system installed. His crew did a great job of restoring the lawn after installation as you could not tell they had even been there. Great customer service experience.

Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Installation
This company went to Google and look at my yard. Determine that I needed a eight zone system while on the phone, cut the city permits, quoted a price, install the system, city inspector approved the installation, and best of all the price remain the same as the original quote.

I can't say that I am happy with Prospero. First, after agreeing to a determined price for the work he agreed to do, he charges me an extra $125 without warning. Second, he promised that he will give me a one year warranty on all the equipment he set up for me. After the rain sensor failed to work, he promised me that he will come and fix it. It has been 6 months but it is still not fixed. I am going to file a complain with TCEQ.
Response from Rain Day Irrigation
"Leon, I apologize we did not meet your expectations. The facts are my company did not install the system. This system was installed by a 3rd party and it was not up to code. I helped you make the system functional but there is no way that I can warranty someone's else's install that is not to code. I appreciate the feedback but I think this rating and review should be directed to the person who installed the system."
