They did a great job for us. There were a couple of minor leaks after they finished the repair/installation. They came back quickly and sealed them. The techs were knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended. Ask for salesperson Joseph. He's awesome!
Very happy altogether which this company, after having a disaster hiring from home advisor 3 years ago, it was great to find a company that did such a great job. Would recommend this gutter company to anyone. They will be the ones doing my house.
Installers were on time and did neat detailed work, cleaning up everything before they left.
Great wirk
Rain Guard arrived for my estimate a day early which was okay and gave us a detailed explanation of the work. The expected date of install was the week of August 17th and after not hearing from them by Thursday, Aug 20th I called and was told they were busy finishing a job at a church and will get back to me. The next day I receive a voice mail from them saying the work crew will arrive early next week to install. Tuesday afternoon, without warning, the crew is knocking on my door. Unfortunately, the estimator failed to identify the type gutter I had and the truck did not have that type so they left and told they would arrive the next day. They were back the next morning, but then said they had to leave to get additional material for the job and said it would be more money for the additional guttering which I agreed to. They were back in about 2 hours and completed the work and handed my wife a sheet of paper with the same amount quoted without the additional guttering. On Thursday I receive an e-mail with the invoice for $334.30 dollars more which seemed a little bit more than the $175 - $200 dollars the work crew said. It was the lack of notification before arriving at my home on a date that was never confirmed, plus the confusing understanding of what a minimal upcharge was for additional work is why I giving them a low rating.

This was a pricey job. He did not follow up. I left a voice mail asking him to come by to look at the back gutter job. No response to my message. Then I received a nasty voice mail that he would take me to court for nonpayment. If he had taken the time to talk, he would have learned that his staff had my email address wrong. I helped them correct it and I sent the check that week. He would have learned that the job was not completed which it remains to this day.
They were quick to respond.
They say they are coming and never show. This happened 3 times. I would call and text and leave a message with a rep but he would not return my phone calls or texts. This happened after he said they would be out a certain day and never showed or called to explain any reason. This happened 2x with a rep and one time with a receptionist saying they would be out the next day at 4:00. Never showed or called to explain. Finally, my husband called the project manager and they showed the next day. The project only took 30 minutes. Crew and installers were nice.
