Inspection Service
I called the company to fix 2 windows where water was coming in during heavy rain. They patched the windows with polyurethane sealant and paid $800. The very next rain, both windows started leaking. I called them twice and they came back to look at the windows. They wanted to charge another $1,200 to fix cracks in the stone wall. I called another company and they fixed the cracks for $200. Leak Trackers are not just expensive but DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT.

Analyzed the entire house for cracks in the mortar. Others only quoted job for my original concern. They worked fast. Were able to do the job the same day I hired them. Gave a 5 year warranty others offered 1 yr. Repair looks invisible to existing mortar.
