They communication was a an issue all way through both the sprinkler and grass seed project. The install and ground coverage was not thought out and we are getting non saturation spots through out the yard. The grass topper was to thick and many areas the grass never grew through. So, what we ended up with is patchy grass, areas with low saturation and now dying grass, no follow up communication or instructions and having to hire a new lawn professional company to fix the issues correctly. I regret hiring this company and feel cheated for what I spent to get this project completed.

DO NOT HIRE RAINPRO!!! I recently hired them to replace a broken sprinkler head. I soon received an invoice for $500.33!! This invoice included a 3hr minimum for labor @$55/hr (137.50) not discussed before hand, business expenses for travel time @ $55/hr ($91) not discussed beforehand, and mileage charges of $1.25/mi ($188) again not discussed with me beforehand. Then when I called them back to complain about charges that were not discussed and approved beforehand I was met with opposition and an attitude that I was at fault for not knowing that "this is a business and we have to pay for those expenses." They finally gave in and removed the mileage but still insist on billing me for travel time. I gave them one very charitable star for their willingness to drop the mileage charge. I will never do business with this company again and I suggest you steer clear. DO NOT USE RAIN PRO!!!!

I thought they were a little pricey for the work done. He promised to send a summary of the work done and also a quote for more work on our back hillside--never heard from him again. I do not recommend.
