This company and Ken Miller are thieves. Paid $30,000 deposit for Roof Replacement and after months of excuses, the work started but they did not complete the job which put me in a worse situation than before I made the unfortunate decision to trust Ken Miller. At first calls, texts and emails were not returned, then no response to the certified demand letter. Now, phone numbers are no longer in service. Ken Miller, April Miller and Debbie A Ludwig are thieves and terrible people.

BEWARE! We gave these criminals $3000 to replace all of the soffits as many were blown away by Hurricane Ian. The install date came and went with many excuses , eventually Ken Miller stopped calling back. Now we are going to have to take them to court. DO NOT give these evil people any money! How despicable can you be to rip off Hurricane victims???

Ken and his crew are very professional with quality Work ethics. They aim to please! They put a vibe out there immediately that you know it will be done right. Great communication and get this Ken answers his phone without go to mailbox full. It only took them 24 hours from the time we contacted them to have the roof repaired and completed. You can trust any time frame he would tell you for your service to be done. We are referring to everyone in need and will continue to use them for all our projects. There is one word for them Awesome!

Excellent service. Prompt, professional and friendly. Ken and his crew are the best ever. Came to my home when I called and found a few issues where squirrels had chewed thru the vents. They repaired and saved us thousands of dollars. A roofer wanted to install a new roof and it wasnâ t necessary at this time. When we need a new roof we will call Rain Proof and have Ken install.

Ken was terrific. Not only did he get the leak stopped; he cleared the roof of any limbs or debris.

Seemed very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It was obvious that they have a lot of experience and were thus able to isolate the leak in my roof. I feel confident in the work that they completed in a professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend this company if you have a leak in your roof and have had trouble with other companies in correcting the problem .
