"Diane, As I told you when we spoke, I apologize that the flapper valve wasn't able to fix your toilet. We thought that it would solve the problem, but it turned out to be more problems and with the age and brand of the toilet we recommended the replacement more than the fixing. Since, we weren't able to fix it like we thought, I refunded your money that was charged for the toilet. I apologize that you are displeased because we were unable to fix your current toilet."
