Shannon, the technician from Rainald’s Home Services was very professional and nice. He fixed my AC problem quickly and explained everything I needed to know for next time. He took the time to show me what was happening with the compressor and what would eventually need to be replaced. I really appreciated how honest and helpful he was. I scheduled routine maintenance with Rainaldi after receiving a half-off offer during their off-season. My system had been checked just a few weeks earlier and everything was working perfectly, but I decided to take advantage of the promotion. The air worked great before the maintenance. However, after Rainaldi?s visit, the air conditioner suddenly stopped blowing cold air. When I contacted them about the issue, they offered to schedule another service visit?but not until the following week. With indoor temperatures climbing to 80 degrees, I hired a different company, who found that all the Freon had somehow disappeared from my unit. Not some, all. And there were no signs of leaks. It cost me $1,400 to refill. Based on this experience, I?d urge caution before scheduling ?routine maintenance? with this company.

After speaking with them (thank you Sharon & Dale) we came to a satisfying agreement for the issue we had. Both were very nice and willing to help make the situation better. A good sign for a business. To own your mistakes even if it was not you personally is huge. Still feel that they are a little pricey but they do good work. Scheduling and being on top of everything I give them a solid B+.

I needed emergency help after my water heater flooded my home. Rinaldi was the most helpful, communicative and followed through evey step of the way. The plumber had to diagnose what caused the flood, recommend repair options and install a new water heater. The respect and professionalism demonstrated was outstanding. Safety was our number one concern and they didnâ t rush to a conclusion on why our tank blew a valve. He took his time spending hours with us. After calling several other plumbers who couldnâ t help us the same day or wanted hundreds of dollars in fees I was pleasantly surprised Rinaldi was able to schedule so easily. They also charged a very minimal fee for the work performed. I couldnâ t be happier and Rinaldi will be the only plumbers we call moving forward.

where is the warranty info? your verbal "10 years" not good enough to register with Bradford White. the invoice does not show brand/model of water heater; what did I buy? your service tech, Blain, left a swath of rust and yellow plastic dust along the garage floor out into the carport, and piled the floor mats to block the pedestrian door. I hope the electrical and the plumbing connections will last longer than the sour taste I feel for this transaction. I've used Rinaldi under their several hats for a decade; this is not the first time I've complained.

Rainaldi plumbing is the best plumbing company in town, hands down. They also do heating and air. I have used Rainaldi for both services and have never had a bad experience. They are always fast and professional, and always beat the other guys prices. I recently used Rainaldi to install a new water heater. The technician who installed the unit was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was in and out in less than two hours. We can now take hot showers again! Rainaldi also only uses the highest quality equipment and parts. I have used their services for years and will never use anybody else. If you have plumbing or AC needs, look no further than Rinaldi.

Andrae was fantastic. He checked my shower and Faucet too because of little water coming out and discovered issue with old water heater. So we replaced it too. Diligent worker kept me updated on status and left the work area picked up and clean . Great experience
