They were super. Spent full day here and it was done. Since they were going to use jackhammer on my floor, they put plastic over and on furniture and book cases. They left the floor cleaner than they found it. One negative, however, was that they did not keep their promise to let me know when to expect man who was to pour concrete. Even with that minor issue, I would not hesitate to tell friends and family that Rainaldi is company to use for their plumbing needs.
