He was great-he did a great job and explained everything very well. I loved his work.

Our AC unit was leaking. The technician was very straight forward and honest. He gave us an estimate and explained what caused the leaking. He explained how the cleaning/repair would work and delivered on those promises. Overall a very good experience.

Arrive 5 minute before the appointment time. Explained and did the job quick and clean. The system is a bit noisier than before after the fix. Should have the receiver/dryer replaced too. 2 months from the repair, A/C is still running OK.

The one thing we're all looking for is HONESTY - not someone trying to sell a service we don't need. Pablo came over with the intent of providing a free estimate - period. I had 2 other AC companies lined up to come over to do the same. While troubleshooting my AC problem, Pablo found the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes. His fee was VERY reasonable. He's an HONEST guy. Hire him - you won't be sorry!

Pablo has not called me back like he said he would. I paid cash to get Freon added to my air conditioner and asked to have a receipt faxed to me. He has yet to fax me a receipt for the money I paid. He was also suppose to follow up to find the leak in my unit and has not done that. This is my third attempt to hear anything from Pablo.

Due to immediate need, Pablo attempted to respond to our home on the same evening as the request, however was unable to do so. He did arrive early the next morning at the exact time promised and did an excellent job.

Pablo was the first one to respond didn't charge a penny. All he did is turned the unit off and on .Very honest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pablo was the 1st of all of the HVAC professionals who responded to my ServiceMagic request - less than 10 mins after I cliked "submit" - and was very willing to accomodate my work schedule. Other companies that eventually responded would either not work past 4:30 or charge me a higher rate, which Pablo did not do. He did an excellent job for less than any of his competitors and on my late schedule, all with a smile.

In addition to completing the needed ductwork at the reasonable price quoted in the estimate, Mr. Lopez also helped us by installing a new circuit breaker at a minimal charge. He also checked the air conditioning system at a rental property we have all the way on the other side of town, spent more than an hour there, and did not charge us for his time or otherwise. We are very happy with the service provided by Mr. Lopez and strongly recommend him to other customers in the South Florida area.
