I was looking for an area carpet cleaning. I had one room-sized and one smaller rug. They were professional and followed up quickly.

We have used Rainbow Carpet Cleaning for cleaning our carpets and also for furniture cleaning. They arrive on time, are pleasant and do an amazing job. They were in and out, worked with efficiency. We would definitely recommend them.

From the first phone call to the cleaning service everything was handled professionally and courtiously. They followed up with us to make sure that we were happy with their service. We couldn't be more satisfied!

My only comment would be to allow a day or so for the carpet to completely dry out.

they worked hard to accommodate our schedule as we were moving out of a home we’d sold and wanted the carpets cleaned for the new owners. He was very accomodating and got the carpets looking good as new again. We appreciated the work. It was spendy but so much less than buying new carpet. Well worth the expense. You get what you pay for. We’ve had our carpets cleaned before for less and had lesser results. We were very pleased with the way they looked and smelled etc. THank you!

They overbooked and left after starting and returned 5 hrs later to finish job was a long day....

He promised to have it cleaned up 90% better. I would say it’s only 20% better and the carpets were still wet when we moved our furniture in and we were told they would be dry, but the customer service was great.

We had some spots on our carpet from our pet. Paul was awesome. Very nice person, great work. Same day service. Spots gone. Said he would even come back if needed at no charge. Would contact him again.

To begin with, they were over an hour late. When I called them, I discovered that they had tried to contact me but they had the wrong phone number. I was also told that the carpet would dry within a few hours; in reality it took over 24 hours. (We have cats and wet carpets can be really problematic.)

Very pleasant young man...left a blue 8 inch circular stain (light) in the center of the living room floor...I am sure they will remedy this, but?

They were very quick to respond to my initial request. Arrived when they said they would and were in and out very quickly. I only had them clean the traffic areas (no furniture moving required) so that certainly minimized the time they needed to spend. Our carpets were not terribly dirty but want to get them cleaned before our 8 month old grand daughter came to visit. We were very happy with their service.

They took 8 years of dog out of the carpet!!!!

They were very quick to respond to my inquiry and I was able to schedule upholstery cleaning the next week. Very professional, and the furniture in the waiting area of this busy office looks so much better!

Very punctual, professional, and did a good job. The owner even volunteered to come over the next day and remove the cups under the heavy legs of the dining table (we were able to do that ourselves). We will hire them again for sure.
