National Dry Out

The staff were professional, personable and trustworthy. Because of the timing of other work we were having done, I needed to delay the last step of the project, but I went ahead and paid them. They were honorable about coming out to complete the final step, and when I contacted them they were always quick to respond and fit things in on a very timely way. The communication was excellent. They were all very knowledgeable and able to fully explain any questions we had. For what we needed specifically, they had the best pricing. It was fairly similar to other quotes we had for similar work, so it does depend on the job. They communicated in whatever way was easiest for me: used texts for scheduling, phone calls for longer questions I had, met in person to do initial very thorough testing, email for quotes and agreements, and billing etc. The only area where they could perhaps improve is that the quote and bill is a little hard to read because it has all the line items included that are NOT the work they are doing, and those lines are left blank. It makes it a little harder to read. I would recommend they remove all of the lines that are not applicable to make it simpler. This also made it difficult to view on a phone. When they came out to complete the work (putting up a moisture barrier) it was about 6 months later. Again, this was because I needed the time to do other steps in the crawl space. At that time they retested just to make sure new mold hadn't popped up, and were prepared to treat again if needed. This was also good just to have the reassurance that what they had done previously had held up so far even without the moisture barrier, which made me feel even better about the final step securing that the problem will not reoccur. Overall they were good to work with and seem to take a great deal of pride in their work, prioritizing helping the customer and making an unpleasant situation as convenient as possible to resolve.

Robert Andre came to inspect my shower for mold. He took a sample to have it tested. He told us he didnâ  t think it was mold, but wanted to be sure. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. I would recommend him.

I rarely write reviews, but this time was an exception. I want to share about our experience with NDO in hopes it will help other families to test air in their homes! I was diagnosed with mold allergies and needed to have our house inspected for mold. I submitted an online request and was contacted by Mr. Arndt right away. TO make the long story short, he was extremely thorough: he checked every closet (and we have at least 10 of them in our house). every corner of every room, including the top corners above the cabinets in the laundry room, attic, and even the shoes!! He explained what he was doing and was very informative, answering our questions. He took the air samples, as well as tape lift from the shower cabin, sent those overnight to the lab in Atlanta - and emailed the reports to us in one day! I highly recommend Mr. Arndt and NTO to everyone who wants to check the air quality for toxicity/mold. He is very honest and thorough - you will know that the job is well done!

Allan, Robert, Ken and the team are all amazing at what they do. I was very pleased with all the work. Everything Allen and Robert told us they were going to do they have done. With the exception of coming back after the new year and retest again just to make sure they got all the mold, but I am sure they will follow through on that too. They were all very nice and very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who may feel they have mold in their home.

This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. They charge exorbitant prices for the work they do and the customer service is non existent. They don’t return calls. I do not recommend them. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I had to call them the very day after they "finished" due to mold regrowth. I have asked 5 times to see my final test results and have yet to see them. My family is now sleeping in a tent because the house is mold so bad. They said they were coming back 4 times and were no shows every time. They have quit answering texts and calls. $8000 down the drain!
