They did a fantastic job on our carpets - I would definitely recommend them. The only thing that I dealt with is that we scheduled them around us leaving out of the country and the night before they were due to come, they texted me at 11:00pm stating that due to the rains, they were going to be out all night dealing with flooding work , could they reschedule. So we were able to get them rescheduled prior to our leaving, but the furniture sat out in the hallway for a few more days than I would have liked. Other than that, they were great, carpets look fantastic and tech was very nice and friendly as well. Honest company.
