Mr. Chad Vicknair was the service tech for Rainbow International. He was absolutely wonderful. I had to have an air quality test done on a remodel I am supervising. He came to the house the first day I called. He had to come to the house several times and each time he kept his appointment. and even called to remind me which was very important to me because I am a very busy person. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend Rainbow International to others because of Mr. Vicknair.

They were WONDERFUL! Very professional, efficient, and definitely produced an excellent ending product. They are serious about making sure you, the customer is satisfied. They will not be happy until you are and they know how to make you feel like your project is truly important, as if to believe your project is their first one ever. No job is too little for them to tackle. Very patient never did they rush my decisions. We are going to have them do 3 other projects in our home & have already referred them to other friends. Very nice person but the quality of his work was terrible. I called about the job and he came out the same day to measure so he could give me an estimate. I received the estimate on time and scheduled the job which was to build a bookcase on either side of my fireplace including trim and painting, and mount my TV including moving/hiding the wires. He came back out to remeasure (explaining that no walls in any house were straight or square - even showed me the level) then called me and asked me to measure one more spot. He got a late start due to rain but called to reschedule and started when he said he would. At the end of the first day (Monday), he said that the walls weren't straight which caused the shelves he had already cut for the higher shelves to be too short. Therefore, he left and said he would get new wood and remake the shelves. He didn't come Tuesday due to not getting the wood but came back on Wednesday to finish installing the shelves, hang the TV, and paint. Thursday he came back to finish the trim and paint. I was with clients so he left me a copy of the final bill. When I looked at the final bill, it was 50% HIGHER than his estimate! He came by the next day to install a cover over the hole for the wires, and I asked why the cost had increased by 50%. He said first, he had not included the cost of the TV mount in the estimate which was $150 (this was fine with me). Second, he had to buy more wood and take more time to build the additional shelves! To me, this was due to incorrect measuring and was not my fault. He personally measured twice. So, he asked me what I thought was fair and I said the original estimate plus $150. He said OK and took the check.

I made her aware of the fact that her house framing was flawed and that to add a custom piece to it would not be easy. I followed her wishes as to how she wanted to approach the problem (giving her all options available). When it did not work, I had to throw away material. She was upset that I charged her for her mistake. In the end I completed the job at my expense.
