I love them! I called last minute for a move out clean of my apartment. They did such an AMAZING job, that I set up recurring service in my new apartment. Unfortunately, I loved out of state and couldn’t take them with me. Good, professional help is hard to come by but they exceeded every expectation. Vilma you’re the best!

I was in a bind, needing someone to clean my house within the next few days, as I was going in the hospital for surgery. I had hired another Home Advisor pro to clean my house and they did not call me or show up on the scheduled day. I then called the next person on the list. They came out but the estimate was way too high for the scope of the project. I was just about to give up when the owner of Machado Carpet services and house cleaning called me to follow up on my inquiry. Jose and Vilma came to my home that very evening to meet with me and my husband. I hired them on the spot. They are both very nice, down to earth, trustworthy, professional and very reasonably priced. Jose is always available to speak to customers on the phone and Vilma is wonderful. She arrives as scheduled bringing all necessary supplies and is more than happy to use yours if preferred. She works hard, completes the job as discussed and desired and is pleasant and enjoyable to be with. Her husband Jose is also professional and very nice. When I need carpet installation in the future he will be my guy. I am very lucky that Jose reached out to me.

What a great company; Mr. Machado and his technician Keith were great from setting up the appointment, the quote and the quality of the workmanship. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have carpet stretched. I am planning on them to do my kitchen floor as well.

We had some of our carpets stretched and got some very good advise from them when we go to replace the carpets. We also discussed work in another room of our house. The workers were efficient and polite.

originally considered empire carpet but after numerous no-shows and abusive installer who could not do the job, hired Machados who promptly came out and surveyed the situation. they were prompt, friendly, courteous, and got the job done for less than half the cost of EMPIRE. GREAT COMPANY !!!!!

Mr. Machado came to our house and looked over the carpet area to be stretched and refastened, gave us a fair cost estimate, and arranged for an appointment. His work was scheduled for this morning. He arrived promptly and although the project time was longer than he originally anticipated he held to his original quotation. The quality of the work and clean up was excellent. I would highly recommend Machandos Carpet for future work.
