Rainbow Restoration of Salem

Rainbow Restoration did the mitigation work for my insurance company. The employees were hard-working, efficient, and friendly. My house had extensive water damage that they cleaned up and then dried the floor to make it construction ready. They also packed and moved all the items in my cupboards, pantry, and kitchen drawers. They will unpack everything after the construction work is done. Update: Rainbow was bumped down to 2 stars because they didn’t do the floor thoroughly (see photo). I also asked them to submit a bid to do the entire remodel project (floors, walls, cabinets, etc.) and they never followed up after their initial willingness.

Rainbow Restoration did the remediation and restoration of our rental after a woodstove fire. The remediation process went quickly and completely and we were very happy with the process. Scott worked with our insurance to ensure everything required for restoration was included in their estimate that was approved. He was very helpful and provided updates frequently during the process and was able to answer all of our questions. Scott also made several good recommendations and guided us through the restoration process. The project is complete and we are very happy with the outcome of the project!

What began as a nightmare when our old refrigerator leaked, turned out to be a good thing. We are thankful we found Rainbow Restoration. Scott was the lead on our project and he was awesome.
