Rainbow Restoration of Lynchburg

In February a large tree fell on our house during the ice storm causing major damage. Rainbow Restoration was the company we called sight unseen to fix our house. We were without ceilings in the kitchen, living room, dining room, and sun porch, plus water damage in our basement utility room. It was a mess. Jeremy assessed the damage and his crew lead by Jonas dried everything out and then began the process of restoring the house as it was. They did a fantastic job. They were cordial, respectful, and as easy to be around as you can be in an awkward situation such as this. While the house was in total disarray, we decided to have them remodel the kitchen as well. This brought in a new crew lead by Derek the project manager. His team was exceptional to work with. Much of the work was done by Vince who could not have been more accommodating going out of his way to please us. Once again, the entire group of workers did all they could to be kind and respectful of our home. They made suggestions along the way, but the left the choices up to us. I had the phone numbers of 4 of them and felt free to call when I had a question. Obviously we would not want to go through this again concerning the damage, but the final results have made it all worthwhile. We got our house back in order and my wife got her new kitchen! Without hesitation we would recommend Rainbow Restoration to you when your home has been damaged or if just needing work within your house. Jeremy and his workers will treat you right. Had these guys do mold remediation for us and clean the contents. We were told every Sq inch would be cleaned but I had to come show them places they had not cleaned 3 times. And after they were all done I found more spots not touched but at that point I was ready to just be done.. To their credit they tried to make me happy and came back in and cleaned. But they just were not thorough. Hopefully not a next time but if so I'll use someone else.

Called Rainbow Restoration for a water leak from my dishwasher. Jeremy came out same day and did his inspection! They worked with my carrier through the entire process, and kept me in the loop the entire way. Communication is key in job this size, and the whole Rainbow team kept us up to date every step of the way. We hope we don’t need any mitigation in the future, but if we do I know who we will be calling. Thank you Jeremy and team Rainbow!

We called Rainbow Restoration when our toilet supply line leaked into our main level. Jeremy did a thorough inspection and found additional damage in 2 additional rooms we didn’t even think could have been impacted. They worked directly with our insurance to ensure everything damaged was covered, and held them accountable! They truly work for the customer. Rainbow Restoration is a great company to work with for restoration needs. Late summer I had a very flooded basement in my old home due to heavy rains and sewer pipe clog. Rainbow restoration did an excellent job helping me. They were there the next day did and did a thorough job getting the water out and drying and dehumidifying the area. They kept me informed about what was going on with each step. They were prompt, helpful and kind every step of the process. Jeremy, Jonas and the crew saved me! Five stars all the way!!!

Mark was very helpful in pointing out different places where pipes were leaking and causing the mold. The work was done in a prompt and dependable manner and I was very happy with the results. Would most definitely hire and recommend to others.

He is excellent! As a builder, he finishes what he says he will do and you don't have to chase him around. We are very satisfied.
