They have been very responsive and open about my treatment plan. The staff have been very responsive. However, I am more than happy with the mouse situation and how they treated for that. So far, no more mice. On the other hand I am not as happy with my ant treatment. I was provided spray treatment twice now in a 5-6 week period, and we still have ants.

I LOVE that I hired Rainbow Pest Control and I have signed a year contract. They have good pricing and they were so thorough, explained everything and so courteous! It is a pleasure to get such good service and I have not been seeing any pests! I always look but what they told me they could - they did! The person I talked to on the phone (last name Misk) answered ALL my questions and was very patient. Denise the technician was wonderful. I can't believe how hard she works! I couldn't be more pleased!!!

They were fabulous! They came out and found where the mice were entering my home, told me how to fix it and did not even charge for the inspection. I will absolutely call them again if I ever need any pest control.
