Raincoat roofing are professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled. They kept me informed about the schedule, explained the process, and were available for questions. From the time I contacted them to completion of the job took only 1 week. Both James (the owner) and Lisa (his assistant) were very quick to respond to any inquiries and came out to my house within 24 hours of contacting them. The final product was impressive. I was impressed with the high quality of materials and meticulous attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family for their roofing needs.

Metal Roofing Repair
Very disappointed in the quality of the job on my roof. Owner said he could fix it but he has been back several times to fix additional leaks and it is still leaking. $1700 and even he admitted to my husband he shouldn't have attempted this job. Caulking looks awful and even with all this Caulking it still leaks. I going to have another roofer look at my roof to see if they can fix it.

Unfortunately, with older metal roofs and repairs, it can sometimes take a few visits to get it right. Also, for clarification, it was never said that we ?shouldn?t have attempted this roof?. We do repairs like this all of the time. It is not uncommon for adjustments to be made on repairs and this is why our work is warrantied."

My roof repair was done perfectly. We had rain the night of the repair. When the repair man came back the next day to finish he made a point to check and see if I got water in the garage. My only complaint would be that after two request I never got a receipt of payment and materials used.

James and Maurice were great to work with. I had experience dealing with James in past and he is honest, easy to get a hold of, transparent, and reliable. Maurice did my roof repairs today and did a great job. Work was done extremely quickly as James looked at the roof on Sunday and the work got done on Tuesday! These were repairs following a hurricane. Maurice took before and after pictures as well so I could see what he had done. No need for the infamous blue tarp that sits on the roof for months at a time. I would recommend these guys 100%.

Raincoat Roofing is where you get exactly what you asked for and more. James went above and beyond and walked me through the entire process of putting a new roof on my home. It was over 15 years old and needed more work once the shingles were removed. James was up front and honest about the additional cost for materials and labor. They did my whole roof in just one day! Demo, deck repair, reframed the back of the house and put everything back together beautifully. I couldn't be any happier! As a hard working single mom I Thank you so very much for helping me make it happen!

James installed chimney flashing that had been omitted by previous owners. Also removed and resealed skylight attachment to roof, as water spot is visible on ceiling. James is an honest, professional who explains everything in detail and goes the extra mile to make sure all loose end are completed correctly. Highly recommended for any roofing needs you might have.
