Raincross Termite, Inc.

Awesome

They do not follow up on my phone call, and I do not like the customer service.

These guys are honest, easy going and not pushy.

Very professional and thorough. Pleasure to work with.

Showed up on time, was thorough, and quick! Seamless transaction.

Very personable and cocerned

Great!!

They were on time and completed the work without the need for tenting. Nice guys.

Honest and professional.

They even helped me install a new crossbeam

Absolutely great service. They didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary service plans just come in deal with the issue and done. Worker around my schedule and cost was perfect.

They were on it and very reasonably priced. They showed up on time and were prompt in submitting the report. I will recommend them to anyone!! Thank you!! We will definitely do business again!

Excellent communication and great service

They were on time and did a thorough inspection of the property and provided an immediate estimate that was reasonable.

Called Raincross Termite and set an appointment to have them come out and inspect house. They did find two areas where termites had begun to attack wood structure. Set appointment for them to come out and treat areas. They came back and treated areas. They were prompt and professional.

It was easy, on time, and reasonably priced. I had to call them directly because they did not get the home advisor referral

Very friendly and honest. Well explained and great experience. I highly recommend to anyone.

Their customer service is amazing, Zachary was wonderful customer service top notch. I would definitely hire them again if I had any problems, if I could write them a 10 on a scale 1 to 10 they would definitely get Attend, five just doesnâ t seem high enough for them.

There were some unknowns that appeared once they were into the Job. They explained what to do and did not charge more for a few changes of more work. Nice clean up and cover pant.

They were on time. Arrived when they said they would. Did the job thoroughly and cleaned up after themselves. Not always the case with contractors. Very happy with my choice!

This was the best service I have received in a very long time, maybe ever. They had to move everything around in my garage (at least 12 huge metal shelves completely full) and because some of the 2x4's were rotted they recommended I replace the boards. In order to do that they had to come back a day later to put all the shelving back in it proper place. And they did this without any hesitation and with the greatest attitude. I would recommend Raincross Termite over any of the major companies. Personal and they do only what needs to be done. Thank you guys, I really appreciate your wonderful attitude.

The technicians were hard working, honest and direct in their approach and completely trustworthy. I ran an errand while they were here and they even watched my dog for me.

Courteous, ontime service. Concerned with delivery of quality professional service. I am glad I opted for Raincross over 3 others.
