They got back to me within a day of my call. Tony came out to check the problem within a week. It was raining off and on for several days and with my extremely steep tile roof, no sane person would go up on it. Tony took pictures of problems he saw so that we could see the issues. They came back the next day to do the job. Tony explained what caused the leak and what they had done to resolve the problem. Because I didn't get any other quotes, I can't be sure where Raindeer Roofing's price would fall if I had done some comparison shopping. The $1590, mostly labor, seemed pricey, but it took 2 guys 6-7 hrs.

I want to compliment Jessica at Raindeer Roofing for her fantastic customer service. I recently called to schedule a roof repair during a bad storm and she handled my call with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I had made call to other roofing companies and received poor customer service over the phone. What that said, I was very impressed with Jessica's effort. She is an asset to the company. The two repairmen, Tony Smith and Roberto are very skilled and knowledgeable with all aspects of roofing. They basically rebuilt my tile roof with all new valleys, flashing and vents. As a bonus, they fixed a couple of dry rotted fascias and sealed some rain gutters. They used high quality materials which will last another 25 years. I chose to repair and keep the tile roof rather than replace with a 30 composite shingle, and I'm glad I did. I feel it is a great value, and will last just as long for half the price. You won't be disappointed if you choose Raindeer Roofing, I promise.

We had a tile roof with obvious problems and received a competitive quotation. However, more were uncovered as the roof became exposed. Tony was forthcoming with the problems, they were reviewed with me with options to repair and the additional costs were reasonable (as I felt the repairs were necessary). The repair team were easy to work with and reviewed all work to be done. They also provided quality materials and repair work, and reviewed all work as it was completed.

Tony was great, he came out took pictures of my roof, went over what was wrong and needed to be fixed. There were a lot of things wrong with my roof. I just purchased an older home. The home inspector only found a minimal amount of damage, but Tony's keen eye found many more things. I was scared, but the price to fix it was reasonable. Tony fixed my roof on time and on schedule. I am very happy with the service of Raindeer Roofing Inc. If you need your roof fixed call them only.

I was very pleased that the service technician could come out in the pouring rain to fix a very severe leak in my roof. The previous roof was not properly installed; this technician fixed all the shingles in the damaged area, and the leak, which was farther down on the roof stopped immediately. The technician was very knowlegeable, speedy and courteous.

I was very pleased with the quality and professional service I received. It was great seeing the pictures of what was going on up on the roof. We have a Shapell home and had leaking into the home around the chimney. Shapell did not find the problem. Raindeer Roofing found the problem by removing many tiles to see what was going on.
