Quick, professional service

Needed my Samsung fridge icemaker fixed. Doug came out on a Tuesday morning, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and scheduled for Friday repair. Came back Friday with the parts, did the repair and by Saturday morning, we had ice again. Very impressive and speaks volumes to the level of expertise Doug has with appliance repair. Would most certainly highly recommend Rainier appliance repair to family and freinds should they need appliance repair. Very friendly, professional, honest and most importantly, does the job right the first time.

I got a call right away after sending in a request for a quote for my dishwasher and washer—Doug came out to my house ASAP, and literally showed me the price of the parts he needed for both of the repairs. KC was a joy to talk to, and super communicative when we had to wait for parts to come in, and when all was said and done, Doug had both appliances fixed! Not only that, but he also did absolutely everything in his power to make sure the repair cost stayed within his initial quote. Thank you so much, guys!

I would recommend this company over and over again to anybody him and his wife are great his wife called me I explained the situation to her back in October my washer quit working out of nowhere I had another company come out gave them the $300 deposit because they said I needed a new motor never heard from them again she got her husband to my house in an hour and within 45 minutes he had my washer fixed he unplugged some wires and plugged them back in told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my motor and my washer started working again if something does happen to go wrong with my washer again I will be hiring them once again I highly highly recommend them

Doug was fantastic and very professional. He not only fixed our ice machine, but he went above and beyond. He repaired a few other issues that are known to cause problems with the ice machine down the line. Super appreciated how knowledgeable he was!
