Gary is a very personable nice man but seriously needs help! He doesn't follow up, return phone calls and if you do reach him after many attempts he has more excuses than a teenager! When and if he shows up he does do good work. If you have him install a system don't ever expect anything after that! I can't even recall the number of times I left messages for him with no call back ever! Changed my work schedule multiple times for him not to show up with no call! So rude!

Good stuff: Gary was really nice last year and was super personable. Bad news: He fell off the map. He didn't send me my invoice. I couldn't get a hold of him. I tried calling him about half-a-dozen times over three weeks and he wouldn't return phone calls. I found the address for the place and it looked dilapidated and attacked by animals. He wasn't there and I left my number with his dad. He still didn't call me back. This is me TRYING TO PAY HIM.
