I was not aware that my previous irrigation company went out of business. So we had to scramble to get someone to winterize our system. Rainmaker was quick to return my phone call and schedule a time to winterize our system.

They do not answers the phone went we call and they do not time back after we tell them you have some zone do not water the lawn properly

That certainly is unfortunate Linda however especially this time of year is our busiest time of year and we're receiving several hundred phone calls a day and we do try to respond as quickly as we can but it is not as timely as maybe you would have liked. They did the install nicely, great job. The only issue I had was with the plumbing, could get a proper schedule, it was late and made things be longer then excited. Still waiting on the final hook up. But, the overall install was really nice!

Great to deal with Dave was there to do the estimate when he said he’d be there. His plumber was great to deal with, the installers were early, they did a great job, it looked they were never there. His foreman walked me through the wifi setup for the app on my phone. I would definitely recommend these guys.
