Faulkner Foundation installed a french drain and sump pump in our crawl space, they also "sistered" repaired/added to several boards that are in the main support structure of the house that had split or broke. They installed three supports to the main beam. All of this work was completed during the hottest, rainy days we have had. The crew was always respectful and courteous. We highly recommend this Company for any construction you may need.

Foundation Drainage Installation and Replacement
We had a relatively simple fix, but everyone else was pricing it very high and demanding additional work. Raise Wright came in and did exactly what needed to be done. Our sump pit had filled up with debris over 24 years. They cleaned it out, replaced our sump pump, and guaranteed their work for three years. I would recommend them for any job that you have.

"Thank you for your review. I would like to say that before starting the work a hole was drilled into the floor of the garage to be sure that there was not a bigger void than assumed to be due to the amount of settling. This is standard procedure on all poly lifting jobs. After the hole was drilled the void turned out to be much deeper than anticipated. Our guy then offered to continue the work at a different approach which would change the contract but was denied by the customer. The job did not get complete therefore payment was not accepted. We do apologize for your experience and wish you luck in completing your project."

Not only did Mike come out on the day he was scheduled and completed the work on that day, but he and Shania at the office bent over backwards to work with some of our special financing needs. Excellent customer service that went above and beyond. Would highly recommend them.
