I didn't hire him due to the fact that I had water in the basement to show him. Said he didn't have his boots with him as he gave them to another worker to use. Wasn't here more than 10 minutes. Said he would have office call me to set up another appointment. Haven't heard a word from this company since.

We misunderstood what was included. We did not get what we wanted. Very disappointed. Worker had angry attitude when I asked a question. After work completed, company emailed to say "contact us with problems/questions". We called but they did not call back. Regret hiring them.

I'd recommend this business to anyone needing concrete leveling. RR was out within a few days of contact to do an estimate, guys our within a couple weeks to complete job. Very happy, concrete's now banked away from house so drainage is as it should be. Price for work is a fraction of what it'd cost to break-out & re-pour new slabs. Very satisfied.

Estimator was out within 3 days. The work was scheduled for a window of 2 weeks. Customer service called 2 days later and said they had cancellation and did work 2 days later. Crew was professional and very positive in their work. They cleaned up there mess and represented their company very well. This company all around has their customers best interest in mind.
