Please NOTE: This company deserves a NEGATiVE star rating score ! He does NOT follow through on his word , and promises, and one simply CANNOT trust him at all. I hired this man to mostly repair my bathroom ceiling and fixtures caused from an upstairs neighbor who had active leaking pipes numerous times. . He sent the invoice for the complete job and was fully paid, yet Raj NEVER had touched a single thing of repair which came to $3,000.00. He kept on cancelling out on the scheduled dates, constantly. He was completely UNPROFESSiONAL, disrespectful and rude.Only thought of himself the entire time . Just completely scammed me, and kept the entire money,without EVER even doing 1 single thing , and I was so over this , esp. even after 9 WHOLE months later of this SAME terrible behavior . He kept booking new jobs from new customers the entire time. It was obvious to me that he never intended to do my job at all. By then, his true nature was completely exposed and we were completely over it . Did NOT want to deal with this toxic energy anymore. and just wanted a refund. . He kept on making all kinds of false excuses. NEVER returned a single penny of my money for any refund either. THEN: So According to him, he took his family to Hawaii. SO : This BASiCALLY means he just completely blew off ANY obligation and responsibility to do MY job, USED my hard earned money to go on a â â freeâ â vacation !!! He obviously wanted to just keep this money, falsely believing that he was â â entitledâ â to it. THEN he totally LiED, to us , once AGAiN. He CONVENIENTLY used the national news as an excuse, to try to get sympathy by stating that he was stuck there from the wildfires. He legally needs to REFUND this money / or go out of business

No action, nothing done. He has been paid fully for the job and extra and he has not done any job.

Iâ m very big on the people and energy I invite into my home. Raj fit the bill in terms of his knowledge & expertise. He followed up with us from start to finish and let us know what to expect along the way. His work is professionally executed, timely, heâ s neat, no weird vibes, reasonably priced and if I could give him 100 stars, I would. Would recommend for anything needed around the home.

I want to tell the world about Raj and the service he provided but Iâ  m afraid if I do he will be too busy when I need his service thatâ  s how great of a contractor he is. Raj is very professional,I was provided a detailed list with the price and he also provided pictures which for me just made me very happy. He also informed me when there was money left over from the job that could provide me to get something else done. As far as the prices, in todayâ  s economy everything is going up in price I got 2 other estimates for my many jobs and Raj provided me the best price for my money I would definitely refer him and his company. I also didnâ  t feel like I was getting robbed. Raj heâ  s an honest and fair business man that takes pride in his craftsmanship. The work that was done for me was installation of a new door ,repair a door frame, reinstall a toilet, unclog drain, removal of a vanity light fixture, installing a bell panel some carpentry work underneath sink and a couple of other things I canâ  t remember. The pictures were perfect as an owner not on site. The work is impeccable. I appreciate the professionalism.

Raj did such a great job, was quick and efficient. Fabricated and installed wrought iron railings. on our front and back stairs. Also, our backyard is cleaner now than it was before they came! We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have work done on their home.

Raj was meticulous, a perfectionist and thorough with the job he did for me. I would absolutely highly recommend him for any job since he?s a general contractor. He also built a carport for me too. Hire this guy, he takes pride in his work.

Raj had to fix what contractors left undone or incorrectly undone. He created a new custom door saddle and had to cut the exterior and interior exit doors and did a fabulous job. In addition, he finished carpentry work on my basement window which was also left undone. He custom made an interior waste trap door. Finally all doors were painted. All his work was performed excellently and neatly. He came up with thoughtful solutions. We negotiated prices. Raj was very reasonable in making adjustments to the cost of the project. I like his work so much that I hired him for a separate project. His work is superior and I feel luck to have found a contractor that was willing to repair what the first contractor left undone. I would highly recommend Raj for any household project. Raj is an outstanding person and contractor. Excellent work.

I had an outdoor lighting installation done by Raj. He was extremely helpful and expedient. Will definitely use this company for future projects!!

Raj is a con-man. He first quoted me $220 for the job then claimed he had to get wood for the job and cut it and doubled the cost to $440. We settled on $380 and I paid ONLY bc I needed the job done for a party that day. Beware of his bait and switch deceptive practices.

Raj is extremely knowledgeable and cares a lot about his work. He will always design and execute exactly what you’ve envisioned. Most importantly, he is dependable and professional. I would highly recommend him.
