Our 32 year old house has the original windows in it and they are still in great shape. My problem is that after installing all the screens we got from the previous owner I was missing one for the only window that opens in our kitchen. I contacted Charlotte Screen Guys and explained my problem. After our conversation on the phone I sent them the measurements they had requested. They made a new screen for me from scratch in just a few days. I put it in place and it fit perfectly and looks virtually identical to the original screens. They did a great job and not only was it done right but was reasonably priced. These guys are really good at what they do.
