The windows are exactly what was ordered and the installation went smoothly. No concerns or problems, the installation crew was very professional and went the extra mile to ensure each window was installed and functioned as expected.

I had Okna vinyl windows installed and I am extremely impressed with how soundproof they are. Service was great; the installers were fast, helpful, and flexible when I wanted to modify how the installation was done (from inside my home rather than from the outside.)

This was a refreshing change from the other companies who pressured me to make a decision immediately. The quality of the windows looks and feels better built and more durable than windows from the other companies. Bruce came out and provided me an estimate and was very patient with some of my questions. There were no hidden costs. Everything Bruce said was 100% accurate. Bruce followed up with me in email and phone. The crew came and installed 12 windows. They worked all day long and were very friendly. I'd definitely use the service of Renevation Pros again. As a matter of fact I plan on using Renovation Pros again for the remaining 20 windows in my home later in the year. Do yourself a huge favor. Definitely use this company.
