Dave came out on Thanksgiving day and got out well pump working. The man went above and beyond normal customer service. Thanks Dave

Very prompt service. Fixed the problem and we had water again. Thank goodness!

He was competent, but he came the day after Thanksgiving and charged through the nose, so be sure you don't call him except during normal business hours. By his own admission he's expensive. He was also unable to recognize my pre-owned and pre-pressurized tank for what it was, saying he'd never heard of such a thing, and still casting doubts when we brought it from the company's website. He said that anyway he wouldn't install a part that he hadn't sold me (My old pressure tank had failed, as he himself said). All he would do is hook up the new one with a garden hose. When I protested that if all he did was install a part I already had, he'd only be liable for failures due to faulty labor, not for the tank itself, he justified his stance by drawing on his capitalist prerogative to make as much money as possible, which means the needs of his customers will come second to his profit motive. The new tank works great, by the way; the problem is that now I have to pay someone else to come and install it properly. I'm sure I can find someone that does just as good work for much less money, and who won't just see me as another income source to exploit to the maximum.

Repairman arrived on time and was very quick about repairing our Pump House electrical issues. We had water within an hour! Great service!

Ralph was informative and honest. Came out on Sunday, repaired our well pump and put in a larger tank....Will use him again!!!

Called company, set appointment for following day. Few hours later got a call from Dave saying he was ahead of schedule and would like to come by. He came and diagnosed problem. That being Sunday he ordered the parts following day and the day after installed a new well system. They were very fast and knew what they were doing.

He was very prompt and professional. Overall he really helped us out. We have a dairy farm and without water, we are dead in the water. He came out whenever we need him. I would easily recommend him.

The service was prompt. Likely, the quality of service was top notch. However, like most contractors in the NW, they overcharge. I'm an attorney and charge less than they do. I bill at $240/hr and they charge about $400/hour.

Dave arrived at the appointment for the estimate right on time and gave a thouough explanation of what needed to be done. The work was completed quickly and effeciently and right in line with the estimate. Not only did they repair the well, but they took measures to help prevent problems in the future. i would not hesitate to reccomend Ralph's to a anyone who may need their services.

He was at my house 45 minutes after I called with a failed well pump the afternoon of New Years Eve. He was professional and knew what he was doing. Too dark to fix it that day,(he did say he'd do it in the dark if i wanted him to, I said it could wait.) he was out the next day (even tho it was New Years Day) and had replaced the pump,and all the bad wireing and pipes. Everything is running great now and I even have better water pressure! I now have his phone number in "speed dial" on my phone and it will be the first one I call if there's a problem.
