Great company

He did a really fast job. Fixed everything on time!

Edgar showed up at the house within an hour of the request. He was responsive and very helpful. We needed a new thermostat, a new fuse and maintenance. He completed it all, was kind and very reasonably priced.

Edgar showed up on time, checked out the inside A/C unit and heater. He checked the outside unit and found no problems. I will use him again when my A/C needs to be checked again.

Using Home Advisor was extremely easy and quick. Within minutes I was talking to a Ram Air employee who quickly scheduled a visit and followed up prior to the Pro's arrival. Within an hour and a half of requesting help, my Pro was on the job and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. I was amazed at the quality, efficiency of the Pro and the overall value. They were dependable and the repair pricing was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them for any future needs.

I received a $68 diagnostic quote over the phone, however the technician wrote down $78 on the invoice. I mentioned it to the technician and he kindly changed the diagnostic cost to the $68 I was initially quoted over the phone. Consistency on pricing would be nice. Inflation is inevitable, but shouldn't happen between the dispatch to the on-site tech...lol Other than that the technician discovered the jammed air filter and thus fixed our problem. Great work...just keep your eyes open for cost creep...lol

He was honest and let us know we didn't need new air conditioning units. He just needed to replace a small part and the unit worked. Such a relief. We spend a couple hundred instead of THOUSANDS for a new unit

Replied quickly and came in a timely fashion. Diagnosis of problem was wrong. Refunded the service call and apologized for the inconvenience. I would give them another chance if needed. Had Elgin AC check after, and they solved the problem immediately.
