On Time, courteous . Found a valve turned off on the furnace and turned it back on. Howevere they never waited to see if furnace then operated ok ;once water was running . They left the face plate of the furnace on the floor and charged $100. My pipes started clanging loudly after they left and a register started leaking in the office. I called another company and had furnace repaired. .

"Wow as I recall all was working well I ran upstairs and check bath room that was a spot that was cold as well as other pipes all was getting hot as you stated yourself. at the door I stated a return call for same issue will not cost you a dime as far as the door being left off a furnace never touched as I recall that was working well all secure someone had water shut off we filled and bleed an check function that's all pipes was getting hot and we suspected all was good You should of called us we would of returned for free. You should of called. are you sure we are not the ones that fixed it"

We recive a call from Ram Air Mechanical last week after hours really hot and sticky.I talked to other servece companys.Ther prices were kind of hi just to show up.After chatting with someone from Ram Air my Wife and I decided to have Ram Air come over. The tec soon found the the problem wit my Air Conditioning unit. The Condenser fan motor was bad. Showed me and explained everythig. I figure there was no way he is going to have this motor to my surprise.They had the motor that would work and the price was much lower than i expected. Great job Ram Air. I will say that your logo of premium service with out the premium price is right on.

Fast diagnosis, work well done. Very fair and reasonable rates $. Left some discarded parts on the ground, which is why they didn't get 5 stars. It was late, and was starting to get dark. I would still recommend them and will hire them again if need arises.

Also no additional fees for after hours call. Cost was kept within ph. estimate. Friendly and Experienced staff.

We hired him to clean and winterized our furnace. He was having a hard day and he was over six hours late, very clinical yet informative. He gave us some do it yourself info that led us to believe he does not want to be bothered unless it is a serious issue.
