First impressions...courteous salesman, but given wrong time frame for work completion.... Customer Service....I called and was given a completion date that was about a month different than the salesman's date....BUT... I was called back by Customer Service (Tiffany) and given a new date that was only a day later than she called.... soooooooooo.... realizing that the weather and the holidays played a role in missing the initial date, I can now say that I'm very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of the whole RamJack New England experience. As it's only been 1 day since the work was done, I'm hopeful that the foundation crack problem has been solved. Time will tell.

Quality and service was great. Price is rated so low because the repair took about 2.5 hours, which works out to about $400 per hour. I know contractors have to make money, but I could have done it myself for around $200, only reason I used a contractor was that I was selling the home and buyer demanded repair be done by a contractor.
