Very professional and took the time to do it correctly

I had a crack in my front porch slab that supported a front porch overhang. They advised I needed to support the foundation using there services. I hired them and they cam out and stabilized which was fine but then the lifted the concrete and messed up the front porch overhang specifically taking it out of level to where now the ceiling of the porch overhang pitches back towards the house and I have cracks everywhere the porch attaches to the house and now the slab itself barely has any slope to remove water. The crack was smooth and now it has a 1/2 inch lip which the general manager of Ram Jack tried to sell me a service to fix. He was a disappointment as I thought these folks stood behind their work but they did not seem to care. The sales guy indicated they could fix my problem but the GM did not offer up anything except to try and charge me more money. I have had a couple contractors look at the work even they were surprised at the reaction of the company. Now I have to look at legal and a long expensive battle for what I think they could probably fix in an hour. So disappointing

Brock Davidson with Ram Jack did a pretty good job of communicating the process of repairing the foundation. He kept me posted on what was done and provided me pics and sketches. Thanks for a job well done.

Dave Baker, the engineer who first reviewed our project and gave us the estimate was super knowledgeable and easy to talk with and very personable. He made you feel at ease; and that he was very trustworthy. Even though the company was crazy busy repairing the aftermath of Irma, they scheduled us, since we were in the process of putting our trailer up for sale. The gentlemen that came to do the work were very respectful and polite and got down to business and got the job done. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their type of services.

When Matt Miller did work for us he was working for another construction company. Our home was sitting on a sink hole, so we re-built the home where it sat. Part of the home came down and we needed to re-install the foundation. Matt adapted plans for our new home re-build. The project was on budget and he stayed on the time schedule. He was easy to work with and accommodating.

I am extremely pleased with what they did and we changed some of the things and it came out fantastic. I would highly recommend them.
