I hired Jeremy and Phil to install wall tile in 3 bathrooms. They seemed very nice and had reasonable pricing, but did not finish the job and abruptly left the site taking some of my tools with them. I would not recommend Emerald and suggest you do not pay them in full until the job is complete. A big mistake in my experience.

Jeremy has excellent customer service skills, very patient and experienced. Made this renovation a walk in the park. Very professional crew, met my expectations and time frame. They do more than renovations, like roofing, gutters, this company does it all!!! I found my forever go to and Will extremely recommend this company.

Jeremy is very personable. He made me feel very comfortable on the first day we met and listened to what I wanted to have done. Kept me updated as the project progressed with pictures and telephone calls. Highly recommended!!!

Phil and his crew also rebuilt back stairs for my deck that were safer and far superior than the ones that were originally built for the house. Not only did they do a great job painting my halls, with one very tall wall, but they cleaned my high light fixture and replaced trim missing on my floor- which I hadn t expected. I love the results! They were professional, punctual, very reasonably priced and accommodated my short timeline. I will definitely contact them for future projects.

They were very friendly and willing to explain just what needed to be done and answer any questions. They did a great job and would highly recommend them. We will certainly use them again. Their estimate was close to the completion cost of the job.
