Matt repaired damage caused by a flood in our finished basement. The job included: drywall repair, mudding, priming & painting and bathroom installation LVP flooring & baseboards. The job went so well, that prior to completion of our first job with him, we booked him to install LVP in the rest of the basement. We choose to do some of the demo and prep work, his tips were very helpful. No project goes exactly as planned; the unrealized challenges were addressed with solutions, not excuses. He is very honest; our final invoice was less than the quoted price. From quoting to final invoice it was a professional and pleasant experience. I will recommend him to family and friends. We will call Matt again.

Matt was right on time and a friendly guy. Knew what he was doing, and did it well. He came up with a clever solution for moving a gas line to create space enough to fit a wall oven that was an inch too deep. I would have wasted hours and many trips to home depot to work it out. Matt and his partner installed new screens on a few of my windows and sliding glass doors. They also installed a pet door on one of the sliding glass door screen--turned out beautifully and my dog loves having the freedom to go out on the balcony when she chooses (weather permitting, of course). Very happy with the service and reliability. Would do business with again.

Matt replaced the window sash cords on 16 windows in my 1920 bungalow. I found Matt to be very reliable. He retuned my call to set up an appointment promptly, came to take a look at the job within days, and began/completed the work on the designated date. I am so pleased with the hard work of the team. It was a very time consuming task as the frames of the windows had to be removed in order to install new rope to the weights. They really took pride in their work. I would highly recommend the services of Matt and plan on using him should I need additional work.

Matt arrived on time and worked with the utmost professionalism and efficiency on the several projects I asked him to do. Communication was excellent in setting up the date and letting me know project costs. I plan on hiring him again and highly recommend this company.

He replaced the washing machine pan with drain connection for us. He did a good job, good communication, and was able to get it done the same day he came out for an estimate. He even let us have some foil tape to better seal the dryer connection. We don't hire handymen often and thought his flat rate for coming out was a little high, but maybe that's the going rate.
